Default Alarm Stickers sourced

  • Alarm Stickers - I have these little "Cobra" sticker in my quarter window and they have seen better days. I'm either going to remove them altogether or replace with brand new ones.
Cobra car alarms came up trumps. I sent them an email saying that I wanted some new stickers and they arrived this morning. Once the car gets back from its extended stay at Stansted airport I shall remove the old and put the new one's on. (They sent 4 so I shall change them in a couple of years to keep them looking new)

  • Turbo Timer - I have an HKS Type 1 fitted, to complete the installation I need a couple of wires plumbed in. I also need to slightly move it from where it's mounted as it's not quite central.

Just got the above knocked off the list.

Got the new stickers put on. The old one's looking tired and very shabby.

Took a while to remove the existing tape but after that was done it was quick to refit.

Cheeky bugger. That took me an hour to get it perfect!

Tonight I cleaned all the grime off from my cars stay at Stansted airport and got a cool artist shot of her: -

You wait until I get the PC 7424 polisher at the end of the summer. Then my car will gleam! You'll be able to see it for miles around!

Default Claying

  • Claying - I'm managing to keep the car very clean at the moment and it's highlighting the fact that the car needs claying. I've had some clay delivered now so it's only a matter of time
Just got this done and OMFG what a difference. Before when you ran your hand over the paintwork it would feel somewhat less than smooth. Now it's like glass. Sonus SFX Ultra-Fine Detailing Clay and Poorboy's Spray and Wipe rock!!!!

I'm going to do this every 6 months at least now. It's made such a difference. Took about an hour and a half to do the whole car and really wasn't that difficult.

Here's a similiar shot to the last one and it's like glass now.

It's just sooooo smooth...

Martin F: Managed a bit of a bigger cum-shot on that one.
