Make sure if you're going to use your trolley jack on the chassis rails that it has a nice large sized bed, otherwise you can risk distorting the chassis rails. If you are unsure just put a nice solid block of wood inbetween your chassis rail and the jack.
I usually place my front axle stands on the lower wishbones where they bolt to the sub-frame, and the rear ones on the rear sub-frame bolts\bushes near the chassis rails.
