Ok, in the picture we have basically, the dress section of the boot minus the carpet. The red parts are the beige card sections that cover holes and indents, if you've ever lifted your boot carpet you will know what I'm talking about. Red 58411A is listed as 'Board, Deck, No.1' Red 58438B is listed as 'Board, Deck, No.3' Blue 58412A is listed as 'Board, Deck, No.2' Question 1. What is Blue 58412A? From it's description I would presume that it's a card section??? But from it's curved right side it looks like a filler for the wheel well, which I would presume is made of polystyrene??? Question 2. Red 58438B covers a hole, is anything supposed to be in the hole and is there not another card to sit above the jack, if yes why is it not on the above EPC diagram? |

Well I would guess that 58412A is a left hand card for cars with no rear CD changer (like J-Spec) whilst 58438B is for cars with a rear CD changer.
But my car has a CD changer and IIRC I think there are two cards on that left hand side. I need to look when I get chance. There is never ever any cards on the right hand side covering the jack and tools.

Ok this is what I have in my boot. Underneath that card is just a square hole. So going by what your saying Martin, I have the one I shouldn't have and not the one I should. Could you photo the bigger one in it's location for me and what's underneath it? Last thing are my pads in the right place or should they be more triangulated? |

I just noticed this version on the EPC by browsing supra and clicking (9305-9808) which I presume is the J-Spec and (9305-9605) being the UK car because (9305-9808) doesn't have the bonnet scoop in that listing.
Which is odd because the epc listing that doesn't show the bonnet scoop is the only one that shows the boot sub??? Does the UK car not have the stupid bbot sub?

No, that looks totally different to my UK spec one where the disc changer is. I'll try and sort a pic later today.

Here you go, unfortunately some of them didn't come out too clear.
In answer to one of your earlier questions, not all UK specs have the rear sub (mine doesn't) it was one of the only options available on them.

That's never how Toyota fit the autochanger; by hacking the tool carry section out?
Did they also cut the corner off the wheel cover or is that something you did? I bought a hole-less boot carpet from the darkside and the non sub section to get rid of mine and the only issue is that the carpet texture is cheaper, What's your texture like Martin? like the carpet in the car or coarser? |

Everything is as it was when I bought it so I assume it came from the factory like that.
Not sure on the carpet, I think it's not such deep pile as the carpet in the car but need to take a closer look to be honest.

The reason I asked about the carpet is the one I bought without the hole came from an N/A and is a different texture to the one I have with the hole. I was wondring if it feels cheaper because it's N/A or because they used a different texture from hole to no hole.
