Default viscous fan reinstall

Hi Every body,
i have just swore the most times in a day for years, my alternator went on me, ive had it repaired (£60 , a slight difference to mr t`s £317 +)) and have just put it all back together, then i notice a yellow dot on the red plastic part of the viscous fan !! aaarrrgghh , should this align with something ??, does it matter where the fan goes in relation to the 4 bolts ?, also , does any one know the torque setting of the 14mm nut holding the wheel onto the aux belt tensioner ?
thanks in anticipation

It won't matter about the orientation\rotation of the viscous fan, as long as it's bolted up on the four bolts. It will be balanced as it's own assembly.
