Unhappy passenger rear caliper

my caliper has seized for the second time . last time it freed itself when the pads were changed but this was only 3 months ago and its happened again

is it worth me buying the whole new piston ,cylinder kit etc adding this all up is about £79 from toyota or just buying a new caliper or refurbished one .

has anyone got one for sale or knows of a good supplier ,there £200 from toyota

thanks for any help

btw its a 1993 NA mkiv import

Is it the Piston that is seizing or the cylinder sliders?

I took my rears apart last weekend and found the bottom slider on both sides had seized, I got them free eventually after a lot of turning and have now ordered new sliders, bushes and boots, the slider is the most expensive part at a fiver.
