Martin has ask me to Bump this thread to see what you members
would like to do. If there is enough interest the gazebo could make an appearance the event is over 2 days saturday the 1st and sunday the 2nd of july Japanese auto & Performance car show at Thoresby Park nr Ollerton north nottinghamshire on the A614 ?6 on the gate ?4 in advance this event is getting bigger every year it is a show and shine event with a central arena there will be club stands trade stands and jap jumble I,ve been going to this event since it started and is a great event taken from the Thoresby park web site :- Whether you are visiting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, interested in our Art and Crafts Gallery, want to explore the mega maze, planning a wedding or special occasion, staging an outdoor event, there is something for everyone. Visit our Victorian Courtyard and you'll find working crafts people, shops, licensed cafe and the acclaimed Gallery featuring regional, national and international artists. The Big questions are who is interested in coming along to this event ? and if you are coming should we make a weekend of it. BBQ and a beer or twenty ? camping is ?5 per night and you can camp from friday through till monday morning the events organizer has told me that there should be shower cubicles there too or you could stay at the hall. Although this will considerably increase the expense of the weekend see link http://www.infotel.co.uk/5158.htm I,ll be attending the event on both days and will camp over if there is going to be enough cold beverages being consumed over the duration I can also take a couple of large tents so people can just bring a sleeping bag which is just about all you can get in the boot Sorry for the long thread Rob |

I'm interested, big drawback for me is the distance and the fact that there are a few other long haul shows around the same time (JAE) for one.
It would only be worthwhile for me to camp overnight as I don't fancy a 316 mile round trip in one day So for me it's overnight, a few pints of the black stuff and a bite to eat from the barby Sounds like a great weekend though and I really fancy it, so a definate maybe here.
