MOT emissions fail - Page 2

I haven't used the Supe for a few months now (as we had our drive done which took months due to a couple of problems but anyway), but I did let the car idle 15 minutes now and then.

Just took it for an MOT and they've just called to say its failing he emissions which its always passed no problems whatsoever.

Its fully de-catted but they put no.2 back on for the test.
I haven't got the first CAT.

Its CO reading is 7.8% and I need 0.03% so its way off.

Any thoughts of a sudden failure please?

Car starts instantly and runs great still.
