In picture No.3 of post 22 you have the spring clip on upside down.

Did you use some copper grease when putting them together? (can't see any in the pics).

ahhh so i have! sh*t! ahah thanks for the heads up on that martin ill get the garage to check the fronts to. yes i used copper grease on the back of the pads and in between the rattle shims but didnt go too mad with it as they were all clean

they charged me £90 for bead blast,powdercoat and then masking up etc.i gave the fella a tonne and said get yourself a beer ,i was very pleased as the way they came out had been worrying me to death this week.he had at least 100 colours of powder to choose from too! thanks for the kind words kev
