After wanting a supra for ages finally going to look at one and buy it (fingers crossed) Tuesday spoke to Penny got a very good deal however finding it difficult to leave Sky as my policy for my old car does not run out till Feb but will change over then. She was very helpful big thumbs up.

The banner didn't get me a response so called them up. They've lowered my excess, increased my miles and still managed to beat my current insurers.
I've gone through the paperwork so far and the only thing it seems to be missing is vandalism cover which only Direct Line did anyway. Very happy with that. Dealt with Michelle who helped me get set up quickly and has been very patient too (open office makes private conversations very difficult)! Definitely recommend giving them a call upon renewal.

That sounds good.
Did you let them know about the banner link not really working very well? I know exactly what you mean about open plan offices, it's a nightmare when you want to make the simplest of personal calls.
