Do you mind if I publish my findings by posting? If we have cocked up we need to own up. We can't be perfect all the time and when we do get it wrong we should look and see if there is anything we can do to make it better for the next client. I am being genuine here Baz, not giving you a bit of flannel as you have negatively posted.

I need your paperwork to show I have done my homework (or you have for me). So as far as giving AV on J-spec it is here ready to go live once I have your hard work collated and sent to me. A matter of a day or so certainly less than a week.

Hi, Yes i sure will do, Less and less places are doing agreed value now so it's good to find someone else that does it, Its not due for a couple of months, However i will be ringing them for sure

I also have an agreed value policy with Livingstone's.... no problems to report as yet!
