Default Insurance? How MUCH!!!

Moan, Whinge!

Can someone let me know what insurance comapny they use?

Will be driving circa 9-12,000 miles per year. Garaged car. Middle of Nowhere. Just rang Tesco's who insured my last Soop, and they wanted £870 (up £400 from my VVTI 2 years ago )

34 YO. No Claims, although I do have an SP30 with a 28D ban which i suppose doesnt help.

So far, ive head Admiral and Elephant?

Admiral and Elephant are the same company.

Try the club insurer. I paid £450 for mine but that's on a 5,000 mile limited mileage.

Sorted, Direct Line have transferred my policy across to the Supra for just another £20 per month. Which is nice.

Bell Insurance - fully comp, full ncb, 5000 miles per annum = £280.00
I suppose it does help than i'm an old git with 30 years driving, and i've only got an n/a. The only advantage of old age = cheaper car insurance.
Something for you youngsters to look forward to.
cheers
Ian

Dont they all Martin, no matter what size of premium you pay. you'll probably never get back the amount of £'s you've invested in your p&j.
cheers

Churchill did me a £327 sum for a 1999 VVTi Tiptronic TT. No breakdown as I have that elsewhere. £250 excess and no points. Garaged, no Tracker. I am an Old Fart, which helps. : )
