As I'm not able to post on 'the other board' anymore (I refuse to pay), I'll continue the posts / updates on my manifold here.
Here is a picture of the kit we're developing. Any feedback appreciated.
What do you guys think of the flex?

Looks like its coming together well. Is that red section on the main down pipe a flexi section ?

Need to make sure it clears the steering column of a RHD car

What's your predicted time scale for the project & what will the setup be? I'm not familiar with any previous info from the other board as like you I refuse to pay, so any details would be more than welcome.

Looks good! One tip, add 4 fillets to each flange on the wastegate pipe, half way between the bolt holes. the weight of that `gate is enough to crack even that short pipe, any reinorcement is good. 3 mm thicj=k fillets x 4 off per flange will help. A substantial solid bar bracket in tension on the WG may also assist. If the wastegate gasses could enter the DP at a more oblique angle it would be good, but space / logistics may make that tricky to achieve.

Great work Arnout, What make/ size wastegate is that? Really need to lose my screamer pipe and feed my wastegate into the downpipe. Do you sell the flex section?
Regards, Charlie.

Good work Arnout

As for the getting the pipe back into exhaust, depending where you are based I would recommend hayward and scott they will put together anything you ask them and the prices are not too bad either.

Here are some updated pictures; we testfitted the sample in the car today. As you can see the turbo will fit in a RHD car as well.

Stock downpipe fit:

Clears the strutbar also:

From under the car:

The wastegate in the picture is the one sold on ebay. I got ten units here, straight from the supplier. Pretty cheap unit. Also eyefi, I don't have pricing for the pipes. Most likely we will release a full kit some day.
