Thor TSD + KLM-MPH converter.....

Guys...Can anyone please tell me if Thor has started with the new batch of the above please....I have rang 3 times,Left a return number twice....Sent 3 e-mails and to date ...Their promise of returning calls/E-mails is`nt working at all.....
I do wish there was a reliable alternative that would do the same functions as the thor item.....
I do understand these guys are running a business....But,Its guys like us that keep them in Business.....10 mins at the end of the day to answer e-mails (Which thay state is the best method to use to contact them),Which costs nothing would at least keep people in the knowledge of whats going on and wether to wait or not....??????

Surely,This is`nt a vast to ask.....

I was told by the new receptionist that I would be called when they were back in production, which would be (hopefully) October sometime.

It's a right pain for exactly the reasons you gave, plus I can't finish my interior until I get one and have to put up with warning lights from dodgy ODO connections until then (and no Overdrive).
