Getting a local retired fiberglasser and sprayer to look at it this afternoon he says it should not be a drama i'll post a pic of the last soop he done the job was top class.I had her up on the ramps at work to see the damage and noticed my back box pipe was wareing thin aswell so a wee plate weld there to i think.In the mean time here is how she looks with coulor coded tape lol

This is the red soop side skirts were cut and trimmed and front drive side had a smash.Good repair i reckon.Go to bangor 06 show on the menu and pic 27.

That's an almost seamless repair. I can barely see the tape.

Met up with the local guy i last spoke about today and he looked at it and said Not A problem Mate In an Irish typed voice.He is gona take her in on Monday as he needs to finish spraying a lotus the now and it will cost me 200 pounds per bumper to get fixed and Toyota (199)sprayed and fitted.Things are on the up.Just a shame it will be all done then i have to wrap her up for the frosty season.

Make sure those side fixings are put back properly this time

Is there no nuts on any of the threaded sections?

Hello yes the nuts were still on the threads but they were surounded in a plastic rubber clear stuff

Ive spent the whole day after a wee trip to B&Q and totaly re-done the repair with bonding stuff cable ties and tape the whole thing is soild now so ill be going up to Jap Heaven again and the 170 soop convoy pics will be taken.

There were no bolts in this photo so ive tied them up the now and in the next pic the thread ends then pic happy lol
