I looked at Barney's the other day and there was no sign of any unwanted movement.
Has anyone else had time to check theirs out?

Mine seems fairly tightly mounted. In fact I think it's the only area of the car that hasn't had a rattle i've had to silence. There's a bit of free play, but only when you start applying light pressure.

I'd go for padding out the one you've got, as it should be easy enought to remove any excess movement.

i dont hear mine rattle its quiet except for the engine

i did try to see if there was any play in it but it seemed fine sorry
