Question Testing an ecu on a Soarer

My local mechanic needs to test a Soarers ecu, it doesn't seam to be supplying the correct voltage to power a relay and his normal avenues of info can't help.
So he's asked me to ask you lot if you know of any body who may be able to help him.

Thanks.

Is he after the wiring diagrams?

If so I may have some old links somewhere, but need to check to see if they're live still. Do you know roughly what year it is?

Well these are the only two Soarer links that I have (that are still working anyway).
