Just checked the wiring diagram and I can't see a relay. Guess it's down to connectors or motor then.

Ok so I guess I need to know where the actual pump is and how to check the wires. So if you can help me there?

Its on the actual washer bottle. Jack up the front of the car and remove the passanger side arch liner and you will find the bottle with the pump on the bottom of it. If you're lucky you may just find it has come disconnected.
