Hi guys, what can I say, I want your cars!!
I'm gonna be a supra owner by the end of June but as always, I need a bit of advice. Looks like I'll have ?12,000 to throw at it. What can I expect for this figure? I only want a uk spec manual, but will settle for an auto. ? cool forum by the way.. cheers |

Hi,
You might be able to find a UK Spec manual car but a good one is VERY hard to find, you should have no problems getting an automatic UK Spec. ?What are your reasons for wanting a UK Car? Regards Emma |

I've spent the last few months reading up on specs available. For starters I like the extra power you get on the uk cars, plus the underfloor sealing is deeper so gives a better peace of mind (please don't flame me if a tad wrong though.. ) Insurance is also slightly better for uk spec. There's one or two other bits that have come up...

Hi there,
You might be in luck for a UKTT6 but more likely you'll have to go for a JAP TT6 (which when it comes to being modified is the superior machine IMO). What are your reasons for opting for the UK TT6? Do you want to modify it? Do you want to buy a bone stock or pre-modded example? Mileage? UK's are hard to find with less than 80,000miles on the clock (for sale that is!.

I wanted a pre-mod but with new alloys if at all possible. Then, girlfriend permitting I would slowly but surely mod it... thats the plan though...
mileage was hopefully under 50,000 is twelve grand realistic for a uk tt? or even a jap spec for that matter.. |

I think a UK Spec TT manual with less than 50,000 miles would be a lot more than ?12k
You should be able to get a Jap Spec Manual TT for ?12k though with low (ish mileage) |

Paul Whiffin has a nice TT for sale at the moment, manual as well, slightly higher mileage than what you wanted though, but it does prove that they are about.
