On leaving I got pulled for having a too smaller number plate.
I politely told the office it wasn’t, and it was to the Import Size. All said nicely and he didn’t funny.
We then took a look the rear which has faint ghosting and ‘Toyota’ ‘TRD’ and the Toyota Logo. He pulled me up on them a kindly gave me a £30 fine (no points), but there you go

He didn’t say i had too, although if DVLA get several notifications about the plate they will pull it (assume i'll be re-registered?)
It was just a fine, no 7day wonder, but I’ll get it changed.

I've had it since 2003 and this is the only time i've been pulled.

Yes, that's similar to what I've heard, not sure of the re-registration side of it though.

They are always on a mission when these type of events take place, easy pickings sadly, any other day you'd be lucky to find a copper for miles
