Default Cambelt Change/Toyota Price

I know I mentioned the price for a cambelt change with Toyota a long while ago, as it's due in next month for an "A" service and a cambelt change I thought I'd check the price for those who were interested.

Supply and fit cambelt £145 inc vat. (this includes my loyalty discount)

Bloody good price for a main dealer imho.

So all in, an "A" service & cambelt change £265.87.

That's great news. Shame you can't buy your Lexus parts with the same loyality card Have you tried asking, they can only say no

Very good price. Locally your Toyota dealer is one of the rare ones who knows something about Supras

Ahead of you there Kev, asked them ages ago but it's a non-starter. My guess is "gentlemens agreement" between Lexus/Toyota. I might have a chat with them when I take the Supra in for the work and see if they will service/maintain my Lexus, I suspect I know the answer already though

I have a similar card for Lexus but their parts are bloody expensive regardless.

Martin: I'm lucky with my Toyota dealership, the mechanic who works on my car owns a Skyline so I have the added advantage of my car being worked on by a enthusiast.

I was looking through all my servicing bills from Toyata going back seven years and almost without exception the final servicing total has gone down in price, not up, the loyalty card has saved me a fair chunk of money.
