Good to see it's slowly coming together mate. Can't wait to see the engine shots.

Well had Thursday and Friday off to make for a lovely long weekend and was hoping to get a fair things done on the car, not least of them to get it started and out of the garage.

Well i managed to get it started on Friday and eventually had time to get it out of the garage today, so chance for a few pics.

This is how the PS Cooler, FMIC and Engine coolers have ended up.

Think i need to straighten up the mounting of the engine cooler a bit.

Fitted my Wings West lip which has been inside the car for ohhhh so long.

I haven't stuck the sides to the bumper yet, but it gives a good idea of how it will end up.

A couple more pics.

Originally i was only going to wash the dust off, but something took over and i ended up polishing

Wow. Wow. Wow. And Wow!

1. That's a big intercooler.
2. The West Wings lip looks the nuts. I want one. (maybe)
3. The rims look fabulous.
4. But above all that, OMG look at the paint finish. The reflections of the clouds on the bonnet are just perfect. The black paint looks like it's just been poured over the car.

My dear wife just wandered in and looked at those pictures. Her quote was "I always said that the black ones look the best."

Well done mate. Top marks.

Thanks guys. Well can you believe she's probably not been started for just under a year, so a couple of flicks with the EFI fuses removed, just to get the oil round the system and then as soon as the fuses were put back in she started on the button.

Runs smooth and as sweet as you'd expect from one of these cars. Have a bit of work to go before i take her for the MOT (the front bumper is only temporarily attached in them pics) but now she be taken out of the garage I can get my RLTC, gauges and FCD etc back in.

Just thought I'd add that the headlights look the nuts as well. Good work my friend.

Looks like the long weekend bore some very worthwhile results, looking really nice Martin

Hope everything continues to go well with the rebuild, really looking forward to seeing it in the flesh.
