The Toyota Range.

Specifically the MkIV Supra

We recommend the following when tuning the Toyota Supra ......
Remove Catalytic Converters: 1st and 2nd decat pipes £300+VAT the pair 1hr to fit £50+VAT

Fuel Cut defencer:
£70+VAT + 0.5hr labour £25+VAT to fit.
(allows you to increase boost from 0.7bar to over 1.0bar, goal would be 1.2bar)

Boost Control:

Manual Bleed Valve..... £35+VAT + £25+VAT to fit.
(disadvantage is once set you cannot easily change the boost level, advantage... cheap

Electronic Boost Control...... £250->£450 depending on model and £250+VAT fixed price for installation and setting up, this includes setting up on dyno, power plots before and after.
(advantage is you can adjust boost up or down in the car, disadvantage is it's a big leap from the manual controller but much better results.)

Fuel Pump:
Walbro 255lt/hr pump upgrade £95+VAT
Fitting is 0.5hr £25+VAT

Fuel Presure regulator:
Not essential but a great help when trying to get the 440cc injectors on the Jap spec Supra to give enough fuel at 1.2bar.
£84+VAT + 1hr £50+VAT fit fit and setup.

Top Speed Delimiter:
If you need the top speed limiter removed this is £70+VAT plus £25+VAT fitting.

Front Mount Intercooler: FMIC kits range from £550+VAT upwards
Average of 4 hours to fit £200+VAT
Advantage is you can run higher boost (i.e. 1.2 bar) all day long.
Stock intercoolers are getting very old now, as the car is getting older.
We could fit and setup a GReddy Emanage piggy-back computer for £350+VAT. The cost of GReddy Emanage ECU is £300+VAT

Or we would recommend fitting a Link XLEM G2 ECU to your Supra (so long as it's a manual!)

Setup at 1.2 bar on Optimax fuel on stock turbos (1.2bar is the max for stock turbos) then you'd expect somewhere around 350BHP at the wheels.
With front mount intercooler then expect around 360 BHP. at the wheels. 430BHP Flywheel.

We also make our own single turbo kits.
£2995+VAT supplied and fitted. For this you get a stainless steel tubular manifold, nytride coated ball bearing turbo (500->700BHP), TurboSmart wastegate PRO48mm, downpipe and screamer pipe, plus coupling into you stock IC or aftermarket FMIC. Includes all aeroquip oil fittings, induction kit and new air filter.

Pete, do you still do, or did it become available the suspension bushings?

Not sure what the final outcome was on these.

I asked about this only the other day. They are still finalising things. I've got a full set on mine as this was the prototype but we had to do a number of mods as the sizes didn't match first of all.

As soon as I know you will all know ;-)
