Drag Racing at North Weald on 5th Sept
Anybody up for this?
http://www.northwealdmotorsport.co.uk/testntune.html I'm probably going to give it a go and Mr. V is thinking about it. It's cheap and usually a very informal day. The only thing to be aware of is their safety policy calls for a helmet to be worn.

Just sorting out my diary. Martin, i take it its open to anything so probably a nice mix of cars. Is it a single track or can you go in pairs? Stephen

Yep, open to all but they have limited numbers (200 IIRC) so you have to get booked in early.
Yep, they run two at a time

Great to hear you're all mobile again
Be good to see you there. I remember the last time me and you were there it was possible to get quite a few runs in if you just wanted to keep joining the end of the queue each time.

Plenty of runs but not a very good surface as I recall. Let me know what time you are getting there. Gav

Yes,
I'll see how it goes. Do they allow spectators?

Yep, anybody can go in but it's £10 per adult on the gate.
Another £20 for those wishing to compete.
