The wheels are now split and being chemically stripped, im going to aqua blast the centers tomorrow which should remove any imperfections.
1st two pics are my wheels before the chemical dip, i'll take some more as they progess, the last pic is a wheel Ibrar has just powder coated.

Heres some more after i'd spent the day aqua blasting the centers and 180 gritting the outer polished lips.
