If you were running 1.4bar i'd be expecting greater than 400BHP, but you may need to upgrade to UK spec injectors (or similar) to support.

Yes, it's quite a lot of work if you want to convvert to the stock TT system. It would be easier, and probably cheaper to buy a TT
A cheaper option is to consider one of the many NA-T conversions.
