Adam, I think you looked (and probably still are) at them through rose tinted spectacles. If you go back and look at your 'Supra is at Hyper sr for single turbo' thread there are a lot of different people asking you questions as things didn't seem quite right. But you chose to put your faith in the ability of Hyper SR.

For my part I asked questions in the early stages but gave up after a while as it seemed you didn't feel confident to question your tuner on his decisions. In the past I have seen nice guys like you come along and get all wrapped up in the 'going single' band wagon and when you start questioning theirs or their tuners decisions you get seen as an antagonist; so nowadays I tend to just let things go after a while.

In your case the final point for me was when you proudly posted your Youtube video, and my thoughts at the time were I would have gone absolutley ape if a tuner had started my car like that with half the pipework missing.
I am the sort of person who likes to believe in people and there abilities as they are meant to be professional mechanics, if you take your car somewhere where you question every thing, Then perhaps you have not taken it to the right tuner. I am a strong believer in that a tuner or specialist in supra's know alot more about single conversions than myself and a lot of people on the forums make comments who have never done or experienced the workmanship that goes into a single conversion. So who do you trust?, A specialist tuner or someone behind a keyboard.

I need to listen to people who have already had the work done and people in the know with engines, I talk alot to my step father who knows alot about engines and also one of my mates, I did put the questions you raised to my mate and also my step father about the headgasket and they both said that if you lower the compression it makes the engine safer at higher boost.

I know that you have a vast knowledge of supra's and i am greatful for your input when it comes to things like single turbos and all other things and your a great asset to the forum, It may seem that i do not listen but i do ask other people my end of the keyboard who also know alot about cars, so it does not fall on deaf ears.
