Default New rates for MSOC Insurance Scheme

Hi All.
We have an additional insurer on board! They like bigger premium business and are prepared to be "flexible". Therefore we have new rates for these type risks.
We are looking for drivers over 25 remember, and ideally for the best discounts cars that do under 7500 miles and are garaged. But we will look at most risks and mods are loved! Yes loved. (not NOS though we hate NOS).

I'm about to renew my cherished policy including agreed value with Livingstones for the third year and certainly the policy itself is superb and Livingstones have been very helpful and at all times professional. In fact I have just taken out a cherished policy/agreed value with them for my Lexus LS400 as well.

Clare Gibbens is the main contact should anyone need to speak with them regarding club insurance.

If we can progress the same policy for J-Spec Supra's it would be a fantastic plus for both the club and Livingstones.

Thanks Guys,

We do like the Supra as it ticks all our insurance boxes.

We would love more enquiries as we feel we have the rates to be of use to you.

I have posted on the general chat area and asked what we can do to promote the scheme to members?

Our "strike rate" is very good for MSOC and we think we just have to let more members know to be of service.

Any ideas?

I am ready to GO on this! All I need is the paperwork to prove my case with the insurer if they want it, but they have said "On my own head be it" which is their way of saying they haven't got a clue but they trust me (fools) as we are making them a profit.

I need your paperwork to show I have done my homework (or you have for me). So as far as giving AV on J-spec it is here ready to go live once I have your hard work collated and sent to me. A matter of a day or so certainly less than a week.

With many thanks for all the hard work you do for members and for the Insurance Scheme.

i was with these.

had a nightmare when i wanted to end my insurance, took far to long to resolve my NCD cert for my new company. had to chase after it for weeks.
they continued to take money out of my account, even though id cancelled my policey.

i hope no one else get the same level of service that i recieved. id used them for a few years.......im sad to say that i wont be using them again.

Very sorry to hear this Baz,

If you PM me with your personal details I will look at the case and see if there was any specific reason why you got poor service. It is our honest intention to do good for all our policyholder's. If you got bad service we have to hold our hands up and not give weak excuses.

Do let me know your details and I can go and lift some stones. The girls out the front don't like that as I am very much a stickler for service.

Do you mind if I publish my findings by posting? If we have cocked up we need to own up. We can't be perfect all the time and when we do get it wrong we should look and see if there is anything we can do to make it better for the next client. I am being genuine here Baz, not giving you a bit of flannel as you have negatively posted.
